As soon as our case was called, Woody747 immediately stood up and said he wanted to "lodge a complaint" against me. He has learned from Jeff to try and obscure all the issues before any real facts can be brought up. This time, it didn't work....

He objected to the fact that I've mentioned his wife and children on this website (see Conspiracy Theory and the Cockroach).

My site mentions that he has a wife and two children. How do I know that? He had a webpage built at www.webshots.com with picture after picture of his wife and children, his property and the interior of his house. The key to find his page was not provided so others can see them. These are not fuzzy pictures, no faces are fuzzed out, and these are very clear close up pictures.

When we pointed this out in court last month, those pictures were gone the next day (no sense in looking like a hypocrite too long in the public eye).

Woody747 is not his real name, I have not used his real name or address. I have not provided the key to find his family pictures. He does not deserve any consideration from me, but he gets it anyway, I have standards that I live by.

Yet Woody747 has spent time in his emails as himself and as his fantasy pretend attorney personality, beating me up for posting a few low-resolution pictures (with fuzzed out faces) of the Mercers children and some of the neighborhood children stoning my house from the trampoline (which is only 8' from my house). His children were not involved, and their pictures are not posted.

In the "anonymous" (so he thought...) threatening, hateful and obscene email messages he sent to my office email account, he spent considerable time describing a sex act and a member of my family.

Re-read the paragraph above. Woody747 is SCUM and that's putting it mildly.

If any of my neighbors who associate with Woody747 or the Mercers would like to see what Woody747 and the Mercers have done to "terrorize" me, stop by, I'll show you, you will be horrified that one human being could be so cruel to another.

When you see how low they will go, when you see what they consider acceptable behavior between human beings --- think if you want your wife and children to be anywhere near people like this.

Woody747's mind obviously does not follow a logical thought process. He acted arrogant in court, like he has no idea he has done anything wrong, he has no idea he has crossed any line, he's oblivious. He did not seem to be embarrassed in the court room.
