My house is on the right (east). The Mercers house is on the left (west).

To keep the playground "out of their way", the Mercers selfishly placed it in their side yard, jammed up against the property line "privacy fence" and just 8' from my home. The sound of the children "playing" and screaming and squealing and screeching reflects off their 2 story house directly into my home and backyard and has been measured at illegal levels.

The trampoline and swingset is set into a bed of pea gravel and hard slate and block walls. It's an accident waiting to happen... but again, it's "out of their way"... See more detailed pictures of the Unsafe and Unsupervised Playground. Would you risk allowing your child to "play" here?
