I unilaterally offered to Jeff to extend the agreed upon weekday playground time from 6:30 to 7:00 pm, in exchange for them actually honoring the agreement times.

I've found that having private quiet time is good, but KNOWING that I WILL have it, is what I need, so extending to 7:00 pm in exchange for full compliance seems like a reasonable tradeoff.

Jeff said they kind of liked the weekday playground end time since it's easy to tell all the guests "that it's time to go home".

Too bad the Mercers have no integrity.
