The Mercers were in full violation of the signed agreement and as the Mercers allowed their children to jump and scream and shriek on the trampoline, I removed the camera shield, which was part of my obligation for making the original agreement.

I sent them a short letter asking for them to reinstate the agreement. It was IGNORED.

Like always, I predict that Jeff and Donna Mercer will be out priming all our neighbors with their distorted side of the story, taking a poll on what they should do and say. 

As best as I can tell from observing our neighborhood, nobody has to put up with anything like the noise and lack of privacy the Mercers have imposed on me.

Nobody has any idea of what it's like when the children are in full screaming mode.  I cannot even hold a phone conversation in my backyard; the noise is just too intense, like fingernails on a blackboard...

The signed mediated agreement gave us all [mostly] three years of peaceful co-existence, for myself, for the Mercers and the rest of our neighbors.

The Mercers are now officially in violation of the signed mediated agreement.

The Mercers have chosen to totally violate the signed agreement.

They started the conflict (playground placement) and have now chosen to escalate the tension for ALL of us.
