And this year, 2004, the agreement violations were continual, sometimes until after 8pm. I called Jeff Mercer and he said:

"You need to be flexible"
- "You need to be reasonable"
I asked if he was breaking the mediated agreement, and he said no (but they were not honoring it ???). Doubletalk as usual. He said they were changing the evening time to 7:30, I disagreed.
I asked that even if I agreed to 7:30pm (which I was not), why would they honor that time when they have not honored any other limits? He replied, in a condescending tone, "My children go to bed at 8pm."
Look around folks, his children are out PAST 8pm many times. His illogic and falsehoods and lies are amazing.

And then he says (this is funny), "We're tired of the phone calls, every time you call it's to complain about something.". Well DUH!

They make an agreement with me; they violate it constantly and then
complain to me that I call to complain to them about their agreement violations. Faulty logic again, if they kept their word, if they honored their agreements, I would have no reason to call them.
The mediated agreement THEY signed also had a provision that any future problems would be discussed with the other party. Their last violation was not even honoring that part of the agreement. If they wanted to modify the mediated agreement, they should have attempted to discuss it. There was no discussion, they made no attempt to talk things over. Instead they just broke the mediated agreement in so many ways without discussion, without warning, without contact.
Jeff Mercer also made a few personal cheap shots at me.
