The Illogical Thought Process: Can you imagine, I have a PARTIAL low-res B/W view of their trampoline from my side security camera, and the Mercers don't like it.

But the Mercers "claim" no understanding of my problems with the illegal loud screaming from their trampoline only 8' from my home and their swing-set platform which towers ABOVE the now meaningless 6' privacy fence, giving their children and their guests a clear view into my ENTIRE back yard at any time of their choosing.

Their hypocrisy is simply amazing. ALL my back yard privacy is GONE, without a care from the Mercers, and they make a fuss over one of my black and white security camera which gets a partial incidential B/W view of their trampoline. The illogic is astounding.

We did have a mediated agreement which required me to block the camera view of their trampoline in exchange for them giving me just 8.33%, some guaranteed private quiet time.

However the Mercers constantly cheated on the agreement terms and totally gave up even pretending to honor their Word in the spring of 2004 - and the camera shield came down.

My view from the security camera is limited, and nothing like I would have had if I'd put in a window on the side of my home.


I have a full compliment of outdoor security cameras; the side yard camera is simply one of many as one part of a comprehensive security system.

And it seems I need the security cameras, since the Mercers children and guests have stoned my home in 2000 and stoned my home again in 2001.
