During one of our discussions in 2000 (before any cameras were installed), Jeff once said he and his wife even thought of accusing me of being a pedophile (as a form of harassment).

Then later (after the cameras were installed) they called the police and accused me of "videotaping my daughters".  So they carried through on that threat.  I have done nothing but try and have his children play somewhere else (ie: not 8' from my home) and that's the best he can come up with.

Unfortunately, this was just the beginning of the depths Jeff and Donna Mercer and their co-conspirators will sink. They will engage in a harassment and Character Assassination campaign against me in a futile attempt to draw focus away from their selfish refusal to share the neighborhood.
