• Woody747 learned that we could place him at all the other public locations where all the rest of these email messages were written from.

  He learned we knew he was at the car dealership where the first "anonymous" threatening email message was written on June 8th.
• We knew he used the same Hotmail email id from the Jefferson County Public Library.
• We knew he created other email ids to harass me with and used them at the Jefferson County Public Library.
• We knew he created other email ids to harass me from his college classroom at the Metropolitan State College of Denver.
• He knew we could prove he wrote all of them.

As soon as Woody747 got sworn in again and on the witness stand, he immediately recanted his prior testimony and admitted to writing all of the messages he denied the last time.

Until Woody747 learned we could prove his guilt, he was perfectly willing to perjure himself to the Jefferson County Court.

Nobody should have to receive the emails you sent Mr. Potter. About his wife, about what you would do on his wife's grave, ah, all of these things. They're bizarre, they're threatening, they're degrading, and they show a real instability on the part of the sender which would require the recipient to think I'm going to get hurt by this guy. This guy is out there too far. Ah, your intention was to make him think he was dealing with someone so crazy, so outside the boundaries of human behavior that he would have to take down his web site or who knows what could happen next. It might just not be his wife's grave, okay? That goes beyond boundaries the of what any citizen in this community should have to receive and its very easy for me to make the decision to say you may not communicate with him in any way in the future. You have ZERO respect in this court.

I strongly suggest that everyone else on our street should think twice about letting their wives and children anywhere near Woody747. Now that we've proved how hateful and perverted and obscene he can be, is it worth taking the chance? We also know Woody747 has been working with the Mercers for some, if not all of this hateful harassment towards me. Think twice about the Mercers too. Do you want them around your wives and children? Look around about how people tend to associate together. Smokers hang around with Smokers. People with children, tend to have friends with children. Ethnic and religious groups tend to associate together. People with common interests find others with the same common interests. The Mercers and Woody747 are known and proven dishonest liars, what about the people they associate with ???
