E&M Disposal has stolen my property days ago, without penalty ...

... and without action by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department.

My trash can was stolen days ago in broad daylight from the bottom of my driveway by an E&M Disposal trash truck driver. My trash can has been stolen 3 times in 5 weeks (09-21, 09-28 and 10-26). This time, I was able to get video of the entire theft and it was turned over to the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department.

My trash company emptied my can around noon.

At 1:14 pm an E&M Disposal trash truck (brown cab, white body) came onto our street heading east and stopped in front of the Mercers house. The Mercers are their only customer on our cul-de-sac street.

The E&M Disposal driver got out and emptied their first can in 4 seconds. He picks up their second can and disappears behind the truck with the can for 30 seconds... Maybe reading instructions? The driver took the 2 empty cans up to the Mercers garage. The E&M Disposal driver got back in the truck and continued down past my house toward the east end cul-de-sac.

Just seconds later the same truck coming back from the east cul-de-sac stopped in front of my house and empty trash can. The E&M Disposal driver got out and walked to the back of the truck on his side of the truck.

At that moment a car drove up the street, the E&M Disposal driver hesitated and then walked back toward the truck cab. After the car passed, he then walked around the front of the truck and then to the back on the passenger side of the truck.

The E&M Disposal driver picked up my empty trash can and threw it into the back of the trash truck!

The E&M Disposal driver quickly got into the truck cab and drove off our street.

Just Another Coincidence ???



On October 7th, 2004, Jeff Mercer testified in court, under oath that he did not know who was responsible for the theft of my trash cans.

Today an E&M Disposal trash truck driver stole my trash can in broad daylight. The Mercers are the only customers of E&M Disposal on my small cul-de-sac street. The E&M Disposal truck driver stole my trash can right AFTER emptying the Mercers trash. Coincidence ??? Draw your own conclusions... I've drawn mine...

The Jefferson County Sheriff's Department has taken my theft reports, and was given a copy of the video showing the theft days ago. Yet they have failed to fully investigate or prosecute this crime ... and others ...

A crime (theft) has been committed, I have video of the theft - committed by E&M Disposal, I have filed a police report and gave them a copy of the video. The assigned police officer viewed the video and acknowledgded the theft. I have insisted that charges be filed against E&M Disposal and the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department has refused. Draw your own conclusion ... I have ...

The E&M Disposal trash truck hasn't been seen recently. On Tuesday mornings, a small blue pickup truck now drives into our street and empties the Mercers trash into the back of the truck, does a u-turn and then drives away. Looks like E&M Disposal has been laying low ... another sign of guilt - which the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department has chosen to ignore.


In a court hearing with the Mercers on September 23rd, 2004, Jeff Mercer made a point of telling the Judge that the police were at my home the day before as part of his Character Assassination routine. The police were at my home on 9-22, I was making a theft report about my trash can being stolen the day before on 9-21 by E&M Disposal.

I now believe that the Mercers were directly involved in orchestrating the theft of my trash cans by E&M Disposal. Imagine that, they orchestrate a theft at my home, I call the police to report the theft and then they attempt to use the police presence against me in court.

Just How Low Will the Mercers Go?

We already know they were involved with their "friend" Woody747, who had been sending me "anonymous" obscene threatening email messages to my office email account, and now I believe they've been involved in the theft of my trash cans by E&M Disposal (Jeff testified under oath that he knew nothing about it).

Take care, don't expect the Mercers or their friends to act like decent civilized human beings or you may come home and find some of your property missing ... or maybe someone will attempt to burn your house down ... These are scary "neighbors".

Each stolen trash can is less than $10, but it's part of the Character Assassination, stalking, harassment and terrorism campaign the Mercers and their agents have been waging against me - all because I expect them to be good neighbors and obey the law and keep their noise to reasonable levels.
