I have received a number of sickening, obscene, hateful, hurtful and threatening email messages since June (see Email Removed). The "anonymous" writer figured out my unpublished business email id and continued to send revolting "anonymous" Hotmail messages for months. They were unaware that even hotmail accounts can be traced. When I had email access on this website, I politely replied to all messages, whether they agreed with my position or not. I never responded to any of the unwanted and unsolicited messages this cockroach sent to my business email account.

All of the evidence clearly points to a friend of the Mercers as the author of these sickening, obscene, hateful, hurtful and threatening messages. The "friend" whom I'll call "Woody747" has admitted writing some of the email messages. (see where Woody747 reverses his sworn prior court testimony and admits to writing all of these messages).

Woody747 has admitted to having an "agreement" with the Mercers to write some of them (the ones he admits to writing). Woody747 is 30+ years old with a wife and two children. It's hard to believe that any civilized person could sink so low as to write such hateful and obscene messages like this, yet Woody747 did, and Woody747 is a friend of the Mercers and with others (he says) on our street.

I do not know to what extent the Mercers were involved in what Woody747 has done to threaten, harass and stalk me. I do know the Mercers were worried in advance about the playground noise, they warned me in advance before they put it in. They have engaged in Character Assassination against me and accused me of being something horrible as a form of harassment. The Mercers have repeatedly cheated on and broke their verbal and written agreements with me.

The Mercers have repeatedly misled the neighbors, the mediators, the news media, the police and the courts about this dispute to avoid having to talk about the facts.

Once someone crosses a line, and is willing to make accusations like they have done (to the police), I have no idea of where their line is, or where they think their limit is. A study of cyberstalkers indicates that these sick people, have a line they believe they will not cross, and then keep moving the line to keep up their "rush" of the harassment and stalking. The Mercers and Woody747 have not shown a high level of integrity in their dealings with me. I have no idea of where their line is, or where it ends.

One particular hateful, threatening and disturbing email was received.

I firmly believed it was sent to me by the Mercers, and a subpoena was issued to the internet provider to learn exactly who sent it.

I learned it was sent from "Woody747's" internet account. Woody747 had sent me some email messages in June as himself, claiming to be a good friend of the Mercers and I recognized his name.

This Woody747, as himself and as his fantasy make-believe attorney persona, repeatedly told me how awful it was that I had posted pictures of the Mercers children on my website (to prove they stoned my house). I totally understand why a parent might be embarrassed to have a picture of their child vandalizing a neighbor's home posted on a website. I have never understood the problem with just having a picture of a child on a website.

No one has ever asked me to remove any pictures of their children from my website.

Woody747 as himself beats me up for posting a few fuzzy pictures of my neighbors children on my website. Woody747 as one of his other personalities writes me threatening and obscene emails about underage-sex and deviant sexual practices.

In September I sent this Woody747 a short email (since I had his real email id from his messages when he was not fantasizing about being an attorney) letting him know that I know what he is. Woody747 immediately blamed the hateful and threatening email message on his "nephew". No apology, just blaming someone else and more threats toward me. He mentioned other personal data about me that was clearly another threat, letting me know that he knows this information and could use it against my family.

Around this time, I was also receiving other anonymous "hotmail" hateful, sickening, obscene and threatening email messages at my office. This person seems to have an obsession with pornography and is very anti-gay. These messages indicated that the writer knew very much about me and my home and attempted to tell me that I was being watched, listened to and stalked.

Further investigation revealed a significant connection between Woody747 and the writer of these messages to my business email account.

I had received a few hang up phone calls at my office, the caller id showed a number, but no name. A Reverse Lookup traced them back to Cochlear Corporation where Woody747 works in Englewood. He had somehow located me at my office, verified the info and was now ready for Phase2 of the harassment and stalking. How did he get my office email id and office phone number? That is a very good question... I'm guessing he knew someone at my company who looked up my contact information in the company directory.

Days later, the hateful, obscene and harassing emails to my office started. All this information was used to obtain a restraining order against Woody747 and his agents.

He created and used a number of hotmail accounts for his harassment. The fact that the same hotmail accounts were used at multiple locations ties them all together to the same person.

Woody747 - is that your final answer?  See "Woody's Crumbling Web of Lies" where he admits in court that he is the author of these messages. Woody747 swore in court on 10/06/2004 that was was not the author of these messages and reverses himself in court on 11/16/2004.

These messages are so offensive and perverted, (normal) adults would be horrified and would never let their children read them, I will not post them, they are too sick, too far over the line describing teenage-sex and deviant sexual practices.

Before anyone dismisses this as an exaggeration, I will show them to any of my neighbors that want to see just how perverse this Woody747 is. Anyone who is "friends" with Woody747 should know what he really is, before they allow him to be around their family and children. Woody747 may or may not have strayed farther than the Mercers wanted him to go, I don't know. We do know that Woody747 says he and the Mercers had an "agreement" to perform at least some, if not all of it.

Woody747 claims he is friends with the Mercers, and that he kept them informed of his email dealings with me using his real name and his pretend attorney names. He claims he has discussed this with the Mercers about 20 times ("sometimes at parties") and had an agreement with the Mercers to pursue this course of action. The Mercers have testified that they deny an "agreement" and claim they told Woody747 to stop, and they claim they only discussed it with Woody747 "a half dozen times".

Woody747 said he had forwarded some of these "attorney" email messages to the Mercers. Woody747 says he was trying to mediate a settlement with me for them and had "presented" to them the contents of our email discussions.

In court, Woody747 mentioned a part of the written report about the neighborhood dispute from the Jefferson County Sheriffs Department. Copies of this report were given to me, to the Judge and to the Mercers. Whose copy of the report do we think he read? Should we take a poll on who is telling the truth and lying? Or both? Obviously they did not get their stories straight before testifying under oath in court at different times on different days. (Woody747 10-06-2004) (Mercers 10-07-2004)

It is my opinion that the Mercers and Woody747 were working together in concert since May to cause emotional harm, harass, stalk and threaten me in an attempt to force me to move from my home.

Other harassing and threatening events have taken place that I cannot find any connection to the Mercers or to Woody747. They could be involved or not, I just can't find the connection (yet).

One has to wonder, who is the ringleader, Woody747 or the Mercers? Who is leading whom? Who is the leader and who is being used?

The playground placement, the harassment, the whole dispute has taught me just how low some so-called "civilized" people will sink to avoid having to show consideration for another human being, or share, or respect their property rights, or face the facts. I believe it is fair to judge others by the company they keep, and the Mercers are Woody747 are "friends".

I wonder about the rest of their "friends" and visitors. I am personally diminished by living next to creatures like the Mercers.

At one point in court, Donna said the harassment was my fault since I had an "Email-Me" button on this website (removed 06-13-2004). My fault? Not Jeff and Donna and Woody747's fault? Who sent the harassing email messages? It was not me, it was Woody747. Is Woody747 not responsible for himself? Do I control his actions? (Remember when Donna said it was my fault that my bedroom was only 8' from the trampoline, since I put the bedroom there?). If a woman in a mini-skirt is raped, is it her fault? I don't think so, but using Donna's reasoning (if it can be called reasoning) is that it must be the woman's fault. This is so typical of the "nothing is my fault" generation. Do what you want, when you want, take what you want, consider no one and then try and blame the victim when the real victim objects.

This website is me speaking out against the abuse of the Mercers toward me, their neighbor. It was the Mercers who threw the first punch with the placement of their playground, and continuing with their Character Assassination against me. They can't claim ignorance, they were worried about the noise before they did it, they warned me before they did it, and then they did it anyway. There is blame to go around, and it does not lie with me.

I've always been, and still am willing to debate the issues on the facts. The Mercers and their community terrorist "friends" are not willing to debate the facts, instead they use lies, distortions, fear, theft, threats and Character Assassination to avoid the facts. So many people are mis-informed about the facts.

I constantly hear from people whom have discussed the "facts" with the Mercers and the only consistent "fact" is how the Mercers distort the facts.
