Jeff Mercer called into a KHOW radio talk show this morning. Jeff has called the KHOW Talk Radio station twice since June and has given an interview to Channel-7 TV News. Jeff Mercer allowed our real names to be used on the Channel-7 TV interview, while I have never used any real names or addresses on this website.

My goal is not local or national media attention, I just want to be able to open my windows and use my back yard.

KHOW did not mention this website address on the air, and I'm sure Jeff Mercer didn't want it mentioned. Jeff got his one-sided distorted "pity-party" story on the air and hoped that the listeners would never read this website and get the real story.

Too bad I missed it, I've been told he gave his standard stump speech and his usual tirade and distortion of the facts. As usual, he played up his normal accusation about my security cameras and ignored the real issue -- the illegal noise coming from his property into my home and backyard.

Jeff never mentioned (see: Just The Facts):
  • The mediated agreement that he constantly cheated on.

  • Jeff never mentioned my stolen trash cans.

  • Jeff never mentioned that the noise from their playground has been measured at illegal levels, 16-21 db OVER the legal limit.

  • Jeff never mentioned that his children and guests stoned my home, not just once, but twice.

  • Jeff never mentioned how I've been trying to share the neighborhood with him, and he and his family demands it all and takes 200%.

  • Jeff never mentioned that he has admitted to me in 2001 and again in 2004 that one of his daughters has a "screaming problem".

  • Jeff told everyone that I have a camera pointed at his house and backyard, he didn't mention that I have security cameras all around my whole house and the one on his side gets partial incidental black and white view of his SIDE YARD trampoline only. It is not pointed at his house, not at this back yard and not at his children.

  • Jeff never mentions that he got a restraining order against me for his family, swearing to their fear of "imminent danger", but then still sends his children out to scream, 8' from my property line when they see me out in my yard.

The FACTS that Jeff left out are just as important as the FACTS he makes up.

The other playgrounds in the neighborhood are no problem, just his playground which he has placed between our homes, 8' from my home in an "Acoustic Alley". The sound reflects and funnels all the playground noise directly into my home and backyard (but it's out of their way).

Jeff Mercer told KHOW that he and I never got along since day one - at one of our first meetings he Warned Me In advance that we were going to have a problem, when he told me:

Jeff was RIGHT!

KHOW called an attorney on-the-air to discuss the legality of my website and security cameras. The lawyer confirmed that what is done in public is public. I did have a cover over the camera for a while blocking my partial incidental view of their side yard trampoline, as part of a mediated agreement we worked out in 2001. However, Jeff Mercer stopped even pretending (see The Cheating Chronicles) to honor his part of the Mediated Agreement this spring and the camera shield came down.

I'm told the announcer and the callers were negative at first after hearing Jeff's usual set of distortions, and then got much better as other callers talked about there being two sides to every story, and how Jeff's children and guests have stoned my home from the playground on May 13th, 2001 and stoned my home again on July 20th, 2002.

The security camera is one of many around my home and was not put up to videotape his daughters (as he loves to lie about). It gets a partial black and white view of his trampoline in his side yard (see a screen shot), none of the swing set and none of his back yard (see Picture Gallery).

As the show went on, and the talk show host viewed my website, he pointed out that my issue is not with the children, but with the parents who put the playground so close to my house (and out of their way).

Poor Jeff, he just can't sustain his lies and distortions in the face of the truth. He will have his little battleground victories, but the truth wins the war. Jeff had another "friend" call in pretending to be a psychologist - like any real doctor would give out an on-the-air diagnoses based on Jeff's distorted one-sided pity party. Jeff has another "friend" that likes to pretend being an "attorney".

Jeff complains about my website, he and his gnats have told everyone it's inaccurate and full of lies. But when I ask them for specifics, they scurry back under the rock from whence they came without giving any specifics.

The truth is my weapon, lies and distortions are their weapons. I sleep well at night.


Jeff Mercer wanted KHOW to contact my web server provider and get them to remove my website. On what grounds? Because Jeff Mercer doesn't like the truth? Bummer for Jeff! -- REJECTED

All Jeff Mercer has to do to have this website removed and restore the camera shield is to do the right thing:

Start living by the mediated agreement
we all signed in 2001.

It's not a big list, all I want is just 8.33%. Just one little thing, be a considerate neighbor, start living by his Word, by a Mediated Agreement he and his wife voluntarily signed in 2001.


Living by his Word is just too hard... but making it his life's mission to Assassinate my Character is now the focus of his life.

Jeff Mercer thinks he can win with lies and harassment. I know neither of us can win. As long as he continues to act like the neighborhood bully, they lose, I lose, our neighbors lose and all of society loses.

Instead of honoring his word and our mediated agreement, instead of being a good neighbor, instead of being a good parent, he spends his time doing TV interviews and calling into radio talk shows, drawing attention to the dispute and to his children. Jeff is teaching his children very bad lessons, but this is not about his children, it's all about him and his dishonest and vindictive personality. Poor guy.

Jeff and Donna and their co-conspirators have been accusing me of awful things since 2001. The neighbors are starting to wake up and see that this is all just a bunch of "crying wolf" lies. They hear the Mercers accuse, they see no evidence of the accusations from me.

Hmmm... who's the bad boy liar here ???

When their "ringer" fake psychologist called into the radio show, they clearly showed their escalating desperation to get attention. Realizing that there has never been any evidence that any of their hysterical accusations are true, they tried to shift focus to accusing me of doing awful things in the privacy of my home.

Remember that the Mercers have been involved in having a friend send me email pretending to be an attorney who would be doing free pro-bono legal work for them.


It's all lies,
it's all smoke and mirrors
from the Mercers.

Nobody lies for me, I have not asked anyone to lie for me, nobody I know would lie for me. Jeff Mercer should remember this about his "friends":
