Somehow I've got to make the Mercers aware of the problem, maybe this constant reminder will get them to thinking clearly and logically instead of selfishly.

With the help of the Jefferson County Mediation Department, the Mercers and I negotiated and SIGNED an agreement in 2001 which allowed us to SHARE the neighborhood.

Unfortunately, the Mercers cheated on the SIGNED agreement for the past 4 years and totally refused to even pretend to follow it in the spring of 2004.

It's like the Mercers thought that if they had their fingers crossed behind their back as they smiled at me and shook my hand and signed the mediated agreement and thanked me for working things out, that none of it counted, 'cause our fingers were crossed...

They look like adults, but they act no better than unsupervised spoiled children.
