The noise from the neighbor's playground is intense again. I can hear it inside my home, in my office on the opposite side of my house. I have music playing and I can still hear the shrill screaming over the music.
I open my sliding glass door and thought I heard Jeff outside. I stepped out on to the door step and shouted to Jeff Mercer: "Jeff Mercer, will you please keep your children quiet".
I then go back inside and close the door. As I've been advised by the sheriff's office, I called the police for help with a noise disturbance. A short time later a police officer calls to discuss it. It seems Jeff Mercer called the police too.
Later Jeff will claim I shouted to the children on this date, not true... He also says the police recommended to him that he get a restraining order, they suggested the same thing to me.

I try to grin and bear it, year after year, day after day, night after night, hour after hour, sometimes I just need some relief, some quiet time.

The Mercers are totally unwilling to share the neighborhood, the common air space, and I'm not asking for much --
just 8.33%.
|
|
This is nothing more than what the Mercers agreed to honor in a
mediated agreement
we worked out and signed in 2001, and they
cheated
on over the years and
totally broke
this year. Even with their
cheating
, it did provide 3 years of peaceful co-existence, which they have discarded. But like always, it's all about them...

This is the second time I've sent words over the fence this year, the first time was on May 24th, and now, June 14th.
