Today I noticed that 2 panels of the 6' privacy fence were coming apart next to their playground. Nails sticking out waiting to hurt someone, nobody was worried, the children were still playing in the play area.

I have predicted to the Mercers over and over again that children climbing on the fence will eventually loosen it up enough to make it come apart.

On the day we agreed to have the fence built, we agreed the rule would be no children climbing on the fence. They didn't enforce it.

Then at Mediation, it was specifically written into the agreement that the children would not be allowed to climb on the fence, the Mercers did not enforce it.

And today, I, as anyone with a brain could have predicted, the fence has come apart in multiple locations!

I did my best to fix it by pounding it back together and using long deck screws to try and hold it back together.

Later Jeff Mercer will blame the fence coming apart on me!

The Mercers must believe they are responsible for nothing and have the right to take whatever they want - because "they're children" ...
